Conditions that apply to use of Marvel Chat.
Terms 1. Agreement
These Terms explain the conditions that apply when using Marvel Chat and its communication, community, Skills, and Market features. By creating or using an account, members agree to follow these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
Terms 2. Eligibility
Members are responsible for ensuring that they are legally able to use the service in their location and that they meet any requirements that apply to a particular feature.
Terms 3. Account integrity
Account information should be accurate and kept current. Members are responsible for protecting credentials and for promptly addressing suspicious access.
Terms 4. Usernames and identity
A username or display name must not be used to impersonate another person, business, organization, or representative, or to deliberately create confusion about ownership or affiliation.
Terms 5. Community participation
Marvel Chat is intended for constructive communication. Members should communicate respectfully and use features for their intended purposes.
Terms 6. Content responsibility
Members remain responsible for content they publish or send and should ensure that it respects applicable law, rights of others, and platform standards.
Terms 7. Private communication
Chat is designed for private conversations between members selected by participants. Members should use reasonable care when sharing sensitive information with other people.
Terms 8. Messaging boundaries
Members should not use automated, deceptive, or abusive methods to send unwanted messages or overwhelm another member's experience.
Terms 9. Marvel Skills
Skills listings describe services offered by independent providers. Providers are responsible for accurate profiles, qualifications, descriptions, availability, and commitments.
Terms 10. Marvel Market
Market listings describe products and shops offered by sellers. Sellers are responsible for accurate product information, availability, lawful activity, and fulfillment of accepted commerce requests.
Terms 11. Commerce values
Where marketplace transactions are supported, authoritative product and request values are determined by server-side platform and seller records rather than untrusted browser input.
Terms 12. Independent members
Interactions with sellers, providers, and community members do not automatically create an employment, agency, partnership, or representative relationship with Davonium Technologies.
Terms 13. Prohibited misuse
Members may not bypass access controls, interfere with platform operations, exploit vulnerabilities, harvest private information, abuse technical systems, or deliberately disrupt service.
Terms 14. Security controls
The service may use authentication, access controls, application-integrity checks, rate limits, server-side validation, moderation tools, and related safeguards.
Terms 15. Availability
Features may change, become temporarily unavailable, or be limited while systems are maintained, improved, secured, repaired, or adjusted.
Terms 16. Intellectual property
Marvel Chat, its branding, software, interface, and original service materials are owned by or licensed to Davonium Technologies or applicable rights holders. Members retain rights in content they lawfully own.
Terms 17. Feedback
Suggestions and product feedback may be used to improve the service. Members should not submit confidential information through public feedback channels.
Terms 18. Enforcement
Where activity violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable requirements, appropriate actions may include content restrictions, feature limits, suspension, account closure, or escalation where required.
Terms 19. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product, operating practices, or applicable requirements change. Material updates should be communicated through appropriate notices.
